Fawzan Munkaila Nbangba is a young conscientious and result-driven young man and Facilities and Administration practitioner with seven years working experience in the energy sector specifically in oil and gas and mining;

Fawzan worked with Tullow Ghana for five years and was involved in facilities management by managing office and residential fit-outs, acquisition of items and furnishing for offices and residences and the management of the company’s asset inventory through HardCat management software. He was engaged in conducting periodic inspections of facility, assessing problems and needs, and implementing improvements as appropriate. Other responsibilities included ensuring all jobs were undertaken in a safe manner with the necessary documentation, planning of Health and Safety activities and conducting risk
assessments for third party contractors and effectively managed and coordinated all housekeeping operations, waste management, fumigation among other services.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Planning from the University for Development Studies, Wa where he acquired knowledge in areas such as energy policy planning, project planning and management, quantitative techniques, economics for development, investment appraisal, transportation policy planning as well as management and entrepreneurship skill for planners.

Some projects and researches undertaken by Fawzan include assessing the contribution of Plan Ghana towards livelihood enhancement in the Sissala West District, the preparation of a community profile for the Jiranzani community in the West Gonja District and the writing of proposal and plan for the construction of a 6-classroom block for the Jiranzani Community in the West Gonja District of the Northern Region of Ghana.
